I'm OK
I don't care if I never get another hug, kiss, hand hold, whisper, wink, smile, etc from you again. I still love you. That knowledge takes me beyond the times when we are together and stuff doesn't happen, to the future where stuff still won't happen right but I know I love you and I can believe that you do love me.
