God is Good

Today is a wonderful example of God's love for us. We are here one more day and by grace we are able to walk, talk, and dress ourselves to conduct the Lord's business. I pray for a blessed day for you today.  I woke up with you on my mind and I want you to be safe and sure today. You are confident and courageous. I love you and pray for you daily. Be blessed and be a blessing to someone special.

Future Expectations

Romans 10:11

Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.

Trust in the Lord. Confess with my mouth that I do believe in the Lord and worship him with all my heart and mind and soul. I am a child of God. I have to trust in God. There is no other way.  I loved you yesterday, I love you today and I will love you tomorrow.  God I pray that you will show mercy on us. Give us your grace and mercy. I trust you Lord. Be blessed and be a blessing to someone special.

My Savior is Christ

Thank you God for sending your 

Son to save me. You cared enough for me to save me. I love you for that. I love you more than you know. I will continue to fight for my life. I will not give in to the trials that try to take me out. I ask God to firmly anchor my heart, mind and soul with hope in Christ. Thank you Lord for loving me.

Trials in Life

James 1:12 

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. 

Trials will come. That is the time when we have to trust in God. Trust that we can work together to do better. Help one another. We cannot do this alone. Seek out someone to help you and someone that you can help. Stop isolating yourself from other people. That is for me. Work to establish a common goal. Wow

I don't know why but the daily scripture has been going to my trash box. I was looking for something today and noticed that today's scripture was in it. I have been thinking you weren't responding and being engaging anymore. Wow, was I ever wrong. I went back and found that you have been doing a scripture daily. My bad. How that happened, I don't know. I hope there isn't something set up to place your emails in the trash. I still get the reminders for events but the daily scripture has gone to the trash. I will check there if it's not in my in box. Be blessed and have a good night. You are truly loved.

Praise Jesus

Praise Jesus for who he is. I offer praise for Jesus Christ for who he is and what he did for me. The cost was great. Discipleship cost. Are we willing to pay the heavy cost? Have faith in Jesus. Have faith in God. Be blessed today and know that you are loved.

Matthew 17:5

While he was still speaking, a bright cloud enveloped them, and a voice from the cloud said, This is my Son, whom I love, with him I am well pleased. Listen to him !

Why Lord

How do we deal with rejection? Why Lord must we go through so much? Things seem to go well then something happens. We seem to move together and the something happens. What is this something and how did it come between us? Life has many things to be concerned with but the promise of a new beginning is always available. We can turn it around. We have the ability to do great things. The Spirit of the Lord is with us. Today is a new day. Today begins another journey. I want to be nearer and involved but it never seems to happen. If it is all me then why one thing felt but another thing done. Is this the way it's suppose to be? Have I lost the ability to change anything? Have we just waited too long and there is nothing left to do? If I'm still here then I think God has more for me. God has authority. God is the beginning, middle and the end. I don't like the quiet. What would I like to have achieved ten years from now? Wow, that seems so far away, but when I look back ten years, I realize that seems far away too. The present is where we plan.

Praise

John 20:29

Then Jesus told him, "because yo have seen me you believe, blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed".

Having doubts can truly take away our confidence in a situation. I remove my doubts. I'm working on my confidence. God is with me so who can be against me. Success is possible and I will come out a victor and not a victim. Thank you God. Blessed is his name. I believe I am blessed and walking in his favor. Thank you for the Holy Spirit. I am yours. Be Encouraged

Romans 1:11

I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong-that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith.

I am encouraged today will be a faith filled day. I look forward to the challenge. Be encouraged. Today is a blessing. Be strong, God wants us ready to represent him. I give all the glory and honor to God. I will praise his holy name. Glory be to God. Be blessed and be a blessing to someone. I love you and hope your day goes well.

God's Way

Acts 5:38-39 Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.” 

Every morning my reflection has to be of God and his will and purpose in my life. What will he influence today? What will bring me closer to my purpose today? God is in complete control. Whatever the difficulties and struggles that I face, I turn to God today for advice. Truth in my actions and words. Be fair about my dealings and focus on my job. Make amends with my school. Turn this around. Go and do God's will. Make each day count. Begin the day with a fresh look. It's a new day with unlimited possibilities. Take advantage of that. Encouragement keeps me from feeling hopeless. God is good and his mercy endures forever. Have a blessed day and be a blessing to someone. I love you. 

God' Peace

Good morning, may God bless you and keep you safe during these trying times. Violence is the worse it has been in twenty years. That's horrible. We as a people need to stop hating one another. Stop blaming others for our problems. The economy is bad for us but must we hate each other so much that we have to destroy one another. Racism is alive and going strong, but we as a people are the prime destroyers of our young men and women. We can't keep blaming others when we won't look in the mirror. Not all are bad and we can strengthen them to do better. Let the Good fllow like running water instead of the bad  spreading like a cancer. There will be many things for us to fight for. But, uniting on a cause to stop killing and destroying our people is paramount. Anger is high. Anger management is very low. Hit first, ask questions later, if at all. How can we be so angry to destroy each other. We hurt those closest to us. where is our sympathy and empathy. We need to cry for our losses. Feel the pain of losing someone that is loved by somebody else. Shed  a tear to show that you care. Show that you have a heart. Show some humility in the situation. God is with us in the good and the bad. He truly wants us to love one another. Stop hating. Start loving and caring for each other. Even when they aren't family. Can we see them as a person in need who may just need a kind word or gesture of thoughtfulness. Show our humanity to one another.  Don't let fear and hate win. I say that for the opportunities I have  missed out on. My choices have defined my life and  will continue to direct my future. Nor making a choice is still a choice.  Everyday we have a chance to change, we can take advantage of it or continue as we have been before. Even doing that is still a choice.  Health, money and worries are all things that rule our daily lives, but God  gives us peace in the storm. We were never promised a rose garden but we were given peace. Peace in the midst of our storm. Thank God for Peace. Peace that surpasses all understanding. Peace be still.
