Today's Reading: Proverbs 16-18, 2 Corinthians 6

PROVERBS

To humans belong the plans of the heart,
but from the Lord comes the proper answer of the tongue.

² All a person’s ways seem pure to them,
but motives are weighed by the Lord.

³ Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and he will establish your plans.

⁴ The Lord works out everything to its proper end—
even the wicked for a day of disaster.

⁵ The Lord detests all the proud of heart.
Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished.

⁶ Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for;
through the fear of the Lord evil is avoided.

⁷ When the Lord takes pleasure in anyone’s way,
he causes their enemies to make peace with them.

⁸ Better a little with righteousness
than much gain with injustice.

⁹ In their hearts humans plan their course,
but the Lord establishes their steps.

¹⁰ The lips of a king speak as an oracle,
and his mouth does not betray justice.

¹¹ Honest scales and balances belong to the Lord;
all the weights in the bag are of his making

 

 

 

GOD IS A GOOD GOD. GOD LOVES US AND W ANTS US TO SUCCEED. LORD. LORD WE WILL LOVE YOU AND WALK BY YOUR WORDS.

 

THE LYING DEVILS THAT SEEK TO DESTROY US AND OUR FAMILY IN THE PROCESS WILL NOT PROSPER. WE WILL NOT CONCEDE TO THE INCONSIDERATE AND THOUGHTLESS SUGGESTIONS BY PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT IN THE SITUATION.

 

WE MUST PROTEST THIS FOR OUR STUDENTS. IF THE ENVIRONMENT CANNOT BE PROPERLY EQUIPPED, STAFFED AND SUPPORTED THEN WE WILL NOT BE HELD TO THE IDIOTIC EVALUATION SYSTEM THAT PENALIZES TOO MANY TEACHERS WITH THINGS THAT ARE OUT OF THEIR CONTROL.

 

YOU HOLD YOUR MEETINGS IN A FANCY, COMFORTABLE HOTEL WITH AIR CONDITIONING. GO HOLD YOUR MEETINGS IN ONE OF OUR SCHOOLS THAT DOESNT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PAST MONTH HAS BEEN BRUTALLY HOT. CARE ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT AND RESOURCES THAT THESE STUDENTS HAVE.

 

ITS LIKE WHEN THE AUTO INDUSTRY NEEDED BAILING OUR. THE EXEC CAME IN JETS AND LUXURY. GIVE US WHAT WE WANT. STOP WITH THE BS. I WANT TO GO BACK TO WORK. GIVE US WHAT WE WANT. THERE MUST BE SOME JOB SECURITY TO ALLOW FOR JOB STABILITY. YOU TREAT US HORRIBLY. YOU HAVE BEEN HACKING AWAY AT TEACHERS SINCE 2005. HUGE LAYOFFS AND SCHOOL CLOSURES AND STILL NOTHING HAS CHANGE FOR THE BETTER.

 

THIS STRIKE COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED MONTHS AGO. WE WILL NOT BE GIVEN A BONE THROWN IN THE CORNER. PRESENT US WITH AN HONORABLE AND SOLID CONTRACT. THERE ARE NO SECRETS AND YOU KNOW WHAT WE WANT. GIVE IT TO US. NOW.
