A Spokesperson for God

Why is there both sweetness and bitterness when you are a called person for God? Father God, why do you call us to speak to those who are believers as well as those who are non believers? You have more rebellion from the believers than the non believers.

Ezekiel 2:3-8
 ³ He said: "Son of man, I am sending you to the Israelites, to a rebellious nation that has rebelled against me; they and their fathers have been in revolt against me to this very day. ⁴ The people to whom I am sending you are obstinate and stubborn. Say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says.' ⁵ And whether they listen or fail to listen—for they are a rebellious house—they will know that a prophet has been among them. ⁶ And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them or their words. Do not be afraid, though briers and thorns are all around you and you live among scorpions. Do not be afraid of what they say or terrified by them, though they are a rebellious house. ⁷ You must speak my words to them, whether they listen or fail to listen, for they are rebellious. ⁸ But you, son of man, listen to what I say to you. Do not rebel like that rebellious house; open your mouth and eat what I give you."
Lord you ask us to speak your word to them no matter what. If they fail to listen, they fail to listen, but speak your word we must. I thank you God that you have issued this call through Jesus Christ.

I would not be able to do this alone. It is by grace that I struggle with everyday things in this life. I thank you Lord for sending your Holy Spirit to help me.

I belong to God and my goal is to live a Holy Life and to serve God's purpose in this world. If I can strive towards those goals then I can draw nearer to God. I can be someone that God can use.

Use me Lord for whatever you need. It is very difficult right now but I continue to press on Lord. Thank You for loving me and being there for me Lord.
